The beds were comfortable, there was a nice restaurant. If you have mobility issues, please note that the hotel is one floor; however, there are a few stairs to the rooms. The outdoor pool was great, especially since it's very hot, sadly Aug 12 around 2 pm they had to close and drain the pool due to the water quality, very disappointed but understanding of the situation. The gardens are beautiful it's park in the city! The staff is amazing and very helpful!

Initial check-in service was very poor the person i dealt with was unprofessional didn't greet or explained the increase charged after i rejected the card she said it was a deposit fee which is find but this should of been explained so I understand the additional charged. Otherwise everything was ok.

The hotel advised at last minute that pool was closed until after our departure and then open it in morning and do not advise. Very poor communication and we found out when we were leaving that pool had been reopened since morning. Secondly, we were provided with free breakfast as a result however, the quality was very bad - eggs barely cooked, no pancakes or waffles but maple syrup; for a 20-30 breakfast which we luckily did not have to pay for, the choice was very poor...the best item was the coffee.

The hotel was the perfect place to stay - wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of what it had to offer. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed breakfast was delicious and the environment was just very relaxing for all of us. Beds and pillows were a top quality and a perfect treat after traveling all day. We will be back the next time we are in the area!

I recommend

Super nice hotel, friendly staff & comfortable rooms nicely laid out (the standard king as a sofa bed and a table to eat). The pool looked nice but we did not go since there was so many people. I’ll definitely be coming back, I recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is conveniently located blocks away from Saint Catherine Street, and Old Montreal is close by as well. I love that parking is available in the same building too! We’ll be back to stay again. Our stay was very comfortable and convenient.

Stay was great! However, too many guests (pool area packed) and we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor space which was a big attraction for us so we were definitely disappointed. Wasn’t a lounge chair available, it was noisy, and definitely over populated.

Comfortable and Quiet Downtown Stay

Very nice hotelvin the heart of downtown Montreal. Lots of great dining choices nearby and a short walk to Centre Bell to catch a hockey game or concert. The hotel itself is modern with modern lobby and rooms. Check in was great however was charged for the room again by mistake. The front desk staff caught the error after I mentioned it on check out and (hopefully) rectified it. To get to the lobby from street level is an elevator ride to the 10th floor. Dined at Le Kube and was tasty. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was really good and lots of hot and cold selections with fruit and pastries. Pool was busy but quite nice with nice skyline views. Hallways to get to your room seem dark. Could be brighter. Only minor issue but otherwise a fantastic stay.
