Amazing service with beautiful rooms and spaces

The bellman immediately helped me locate the elevator to go to the 10th floor where check-in is, and he also helped with directions to the metro to get to old port. The staff at check-in was friendly and helpful, too, and gave us a room close to the pool since we planned to swim. The hotel has a great location next to many great restaurants and transportation. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were fun for our whole family even when it ended up snowing! We absolutely loved this hotel and would love to stay here again.

⸻ Bonaventure Hotel = Instant Favorite! From the second I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. The vibe? Chill but stylish. The bar? So easy to love—great drinks, great people, and the kind of spot you accidentally stay at for hours. The hotel itself is super comfy and right near everything, so you can explore all day and come back to a little slice of awesome. 10/10 would stay again… and probably will. This place just gets it.

Close to Bell Centre

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Bonaventure. Great restaurants and about 3 blocks from the Bell Centre. The Canadiens hockey game was so much fun!! Hotel has a nice pool on the roof- heated and open year round. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good underground parking lot, check in was straight forward. The hotel property itself was pretty unique and seemed of high quality. Only big issues was that we called room service and unfortunately they did not deliver the wine we asked for, and by the time we were able follow up we were told the restaurant was now closed and there was nothing that could be done. This was despite them assuring as it was all setup and good to go (were celebrating). Kind of a gap in service. Besides that, the bathroom door is a weird sliding style and has no real way to close it fully? So that is a bit weird. Besides that nice hotel.
