Great location the beach was beautiful and nice that it is private. Overall could use a major renovation but they should still maintain the look. Hotel was kept clean but due to its open air in most places could be buggy. We refrained from bringing drinks to our room because of it. If you want to experience Jamaican culture this is a good spot. If you want to stay on your resort this isn’t for you. Tip: Uber is now on the island and way cheaper than the taxis. They will tell you how dangerous it is and try to not have you use it. We took $7 rides that were told is $25

Property is very dated but decent condition. There were workers painting and maintaining the areas. The room was large on the first floor to accommodate 3 people. The shower drain was very slow but someone came to repair it same day we complained. The phones did not work in the room. TV Also did not work. Water in room was free. Iron and ironing board was in room and functioning. The food was great! If you like traditional Jamaican food, they don’t disappoint. I wish their meats were more tender but they were seasoned well. I wish they had more local, tropical fruit. Staff was very helpful when I complained about the room issues. They offered a room by the pool and entertainment but it was ultimately too noisey. We chose champagne instead. Customer service. Was very good. Beach was small but good. DJ and games were fun.

The property was in a nice location, near the beach and the entertainment at night was very pleasant. The only thing is the shower needs renovation and the hot and cold water kept fluctuating.

I stayed here one night before a trip in another location with a group. The staff is exceptional and very attentive! The hotel and surrounding areas are clean, though dated. In my room, everything except the floor was very clean. The floor just needed to be mopped. I was surprised to find only a sheet on the bed. However, when I requested a blanket, they were happy to accommodate. The rooms are basic, with a bed, bedside tables, chair, dresser and a small fridge. The curtains in the room are light damning but not room darkening.Where things go downhill is in the food. It was not very good. I did not try the nicer restaurants, only the buffet. The restaurant doesn’t open until 7:00 PM when everyone is lined up to be seated and start the buffet. The mashed potatoes were excellent! Other than that, the food was mediocre at best. I was so tired from a long day of travel that I ate a little and went to bed. I booked through Expedia, so my room was only $217. Based on the cost of other all-inclusive hotels, this rate seems commence through it with my experience.
