Rooms were half cleaned. Housekeeping refused to give extra towels and wash cloths. Also my room had bed bugs. I left with my legs covered in bites

Loved my balcony view of the beach! Everyone is friendly and had good vibes. There’s always available taxi men ready to take you where you did to go. Food at the resort never disappointed, always fresh and they’re quick to refill when the pans are empty. The staff is so friendly and always willing to help. Live band performances every night 8pm-10pm. Definitely plan on returning!

I took my fiancée Jamaica, his first time for a surprise birthday trip, our stay was beautiful, welcoming, and nice, food was ok, drinks was ok, area was beautiful, beach was gorgeous, but the housekeeping service wasn’t great at all. Had to wait an 1 hour and half for towels to come to my room, the only thing I find that a small tour of Jamaica should be included in the all inclusive, the expense to do activities was very pricey, I didn’t like that at all.

Everyone on the property was really nice. Victor made sure we had a great and comfortable room. It was lovely! The food options in the buffet were absolutely wonderful! The pool bar area & deli are fun to partake of while at the pool. We really enjoyed the music & shows. The staff is so helpful... We can't wait to return...

Our beloved SeaGarden! By good fortune my family found our way here 2 years ago thanks to an Expedia Hotel Flight deal; it was magical the first time and just as magical the second time. I am 40, my wife in her 30s, our older son is almost six and our younger son is 1.5 years old. One of the coolest parts of the Sea Garden is the feeling of an organically expanding rambling property with a garden side (complete with fish pond, parrot cage, and spa under construction) at one end, a central check-in and dining pavilion in the middle, and a swimming pool/ late night stage and dance floor/after hours bar on the other. Best of all, getting to the beach only requires crossing the street and suddenly one is in a whole other complex with a bar a grill, a beach all around a “sea garden” of tamed water inside a constructed cove (see photos) , plus more places to sit with food and look over the water. My sons loved digging for crabs and looking at all the bird species etc. The staff are very nice, and Martin, one of the arborists, went into town and bought us a whole variety of spectacular fresh fruit (plus coconuts cut on demand) - we also went to the Charles Gordon Market which we recommend. The only bone I had to pick with this enchanting family getaway was the $80 laundry charge. The property is right on the sea , plus a huge pool/hot tubs zone, so understandably clothes will be soaked with sea water. More reasonable would be to charge by the kilogram or pound. Cont’d

Great hotel and my favorite is the beach. The hotel is clean and quiet. This was my third time staying at this hotel since 2022 and the food in the dining room is not the best as It lacks flavor. Also, the water pressure in the shower is low and the water temperature kept fluctuating from hot to cold.

This is the absolute worst resort I have ever been to , there was rats running around when I was eating dinner , they have time limit on everything thing , you can’t bring the food from downstairs to your room you have to eat with everyone else , they served the same dishes every night and morning, i recommend not eating the food nor drink their water or you will get sick , i had to eat outside food , the beach is not on the property, you are sharing a public beach , the staff is absolutely rude , everything shuts off after 12 , only go here if you are old cripple and have nothing better to do with life , they are marketing this off as a all inclusive when it’s more like a bed and breakfast and I have had a better time at a bed and breakfast’s than I did there , just the worst place I have ever been to

What I really loved about the property is the cleanliness. It is an older property, but the staff are always cleaning - it was spotless. Now, it is no luxury resort, but the cleanliness and staff interaction with the guests makes it well worth the stay. I am not a "foody" so I was not impressed with much, but there was always plenty of choices and the open Deli and Bar Grill was always open for options if the buffet selections were not pleasing.

This was our 7th time staying at Seagarden and enjoyed it . Kent street in front of Seagarden is a party spot for locals , loud cars , loud motorcycles , even with earplugs it is loud . Shower drain was slow and overflowed
