Everything is just bad i would not go back there customer service not good check in 3 o'clock and get room after 6 oclock room dirty have cockroach and lizard food not good at all its yucky the best ting was just the bar tender they are friendly they make our day if it wasn't for them we wouldn't have a little smile tks to the guys and the ladies who work in the bars

The hotel rooms are worst than homeless shelterd. Broken appliances bathtub with damage and no paint mold im washroom parking problems no elevator nust to beg for serves to pour water or coffee if u dont tip thry even make u wait 10 minutes at the table watching ur platr without access to fork and spoon because they dont bring. Also absolutely not disabled friendly

The hotel is in need of a serious upgrade especially to the rooms. The rooms very outdated and tile of floor showed deterioration. However for the most part the rooms were clean. The bathroom also needs a modern update. The checkin process was tedious to say the least and front desk customer service left alot to be desired. The grounds of the property however are stunning and were the highlight of the stay. Food offerings are okay and some things can be improved on. It’s most definitely a budget hotel and if you plan to stay here ensure you can adapt easily and are not easily aggravated. If the rooms are upgraded and buffet offerings for lunch and possibly breakfast expanded then that would improve the overall experience. Beach area and boardwalk are some of the most stunning in Montego Bay.

My mother stayed for 6 night's and absolutely loved it! She said the resort was fabulous and and the beach was a dream with exceptional food and drinks all inclusive! Best resort in Jamaica so far.

Don’t waste your money here

Check in takes extremely too long, and the front desk staff is rude when you ask about it. The food is terrible and the servers don’t act like they want to help you if they don’t see tip money in advance. Our room had a huge dead cockroach in our tub, and apparently them still cleaning our room is what took so long to check in. Doors in the rooms didn’t seal and the very small beach area was a mess.

My booking was not what I had requested and paid for online through Expedia. I booked a room with 2 double beds for 2 adults. Because the hotel does not have elevators I also requested a lower floor because of a knee injury. I arrived onsite at 2pm May 24th and I was told they had no room available because in the system my booking was for a king size bed and one adult and there was none available. After waiting for two hours I was given a key card to a room on 2nd floor. When I got to the room it had a key entry so I returned to the front desk and told them the door was a key entry and not a key card entry. They said there was an error on their part so they looked for the key but did not find it. They told me the hotel was 98% booked so it was difficult to find me a room since based on the information on the system I was booked for single king bed for 1 adults. I showed them my booking confirmation with 2 double beds and 2 adults. I had to wait for a room. I was finally placed in a room in an adjacent building with a long flight of stairs which caused my knees to hurt when going up or down the steps. The manager did not want to look on my confirmation but rather insisted that the reservation was one king (or queen) bed for 1 adult. I insisted on showing it to her and she finally looked and admitted there was an error with the system booking. She said I should call Expedia and file a complaint. She gave me nothing for the trouble and inconvenience I went through.
