it's called a hotel & spa, my wife was going to book the spa, it was closed until further notice. The hot tub was not working, big part of why we booked this hotel was for the hot tub. stayed there a few times before, it was much better. where told at the front desk that other people were not impressed about the hot tub not working.

There are only 2 large towels and 2 facecloths in room . Nowhere’s to hang towels so if you take 2 showers your towel is wet .

Waiting time for check-in was lengthy … about 40 minutes! After travelling no one wants to stand in line for that long! The keys didn’t work well as they were changing them. The electricity was being turned off at 10:00 am next day … checkout was supposed to be11:00 am!!! Room was clean but lighting was very poor … in bathroom it was impossible to put on makeup, etc. & bedside lamps in bedrooms were so low we couldn’t read.
