We just started the check-in process and the person checking me in at the front desk excused himself to help a large group retrieve their luggage. After several minutes, I ask another person who was not helping anyone if she could finish checking us in. She seemed very annoyed by this. She did check us in but was not very friendly. The jacuzzi was quite disgusting with globs of hair and discolored foam floating. The happy hour snacks were disappointing.
