The room they initially sent us to was not cleaned yet. The bed wasn’t made, and there were pubic hair on the bathroom floor and toilet. So we went back down to the front desk, and the gentleman working made the appropriate accommodations. The second room was great!

Pretty awful. I got there- they didn't have a room so they upgraded but said -- tommorow you need to come back so we can put you in the room you paid for. (I was there for the weekend to see my son, not play hotel swap). Room clearly smelled heavily of smoking, There were no towels, soaps, a hole in the door, and basically pretty awesomely terrible. But crazy enough, it's in a really nice neighborhoo.

I was completely disgusted by this property. I found a dirty diaper under the sink in the garbage, which clearly shows the place was not cleaned properly before my stay. The smell was so bad I literally gagged — and I have video proof of this. This is completely unacceptable, unsanitary, and not what I paid for. I demand a full refund.

Dirty, run down building, inside and out. The bed had no blankets; I had to push my wheelchair aLL THE WAY BACK TO THE LOBBY TO ASK FOR SOME BECAUSE THERE WAS NO PHONE IN THE ROOM. Waited and waited - it was late at night, I'd had a huge day, I needed to lie down and rest and had just paid $167 to do just that. But the blankets didn't arrive, and the room was freezing. Finally canceled my reservation, left, slept in my car.

The floors in the entry way were visibly dirty which was off putting but still gave it a chance that the rooms would be clean and oh was I wrong…. There was no towels or wash cloths in the room, there was dirty dishes in the dish washer from the previous guest and a dirty wash cloth in the tub.

Fine from afar but far from fine.

The hotel definitely doesn’t look as nice as the pictures in the listing. Maybe 15 years ago but not today. It’s a bit run down and a little dirty in some places but the staff really did try to make the stay as good as it was going to get. Can’t complain much because it was cheap.

Run-down hotel

I’ve stayed at this location on a number of occasions, but the state of this place is absolutely disappointing. I hope the owner performs major maintenance and upgrades. Otherwise, it shouldn’t be listed as an option for Hotels.com

This would be an okay property, if it was half the price of what I paid. The parking lot and outside were dirty with trash and there were a couple broken down cars. The entrance was not secure and smelled like marijuana. It was just a rundown property in general. The staff was very nice though and apologized over and over when I went to the room he assigned me and the bed was not made. I was assigned another room and there were no problems with it except for it needing to be updated. There was a hole in the bathroom door and the walls were stained and dirty. The lampshade next to the bed was broken and stained which was kinda gross. I will say on the positive side though... There were no bugs and the bed was comfortable.

It was not even close to the pictures it was filthy and disgusting and it smelled really bad. Did not have towels in the room but when we got them from the front desk the towels were dirty. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!
