Staff is great especially the ones at the breakfast area. Luvd the breakfast.I did not like that the TV only had 99% Italian only channels and that the 10 English channels were boggy.No option to change subtitles.AC was maxed at 20 degrees Celsius but thermostat reflects no AC at all. The drains on both the sink and tub were not working and needed to be taken out for water to drain. Wifi was not strong either so I could not really get into anything easily

This is my go-to place in Milan. Perfect location. Spacious rooms, and this time I also had a view of the Castle. Beautiful. Breakfast is very good, and I had some food at the restaurant- restaurant was closed but they accommodated us. Strongly recommend.

Great Stay

The room was the perfect size and it was very comfortable. The location of the hotel couldn't be more convenient. We had lunch at Il Cairoli Restaurant, it was very delicious and the service great. Whenever we go back to Milan or Italy we will certainly look to stay at a UNA hotel.

We loved this hotel and the service is 10/10

This hotel exceeded our expectations after we had a last minute booking here due to another hotel cancelling our reservation in Bellagio. The location is fantastic, right in front of the castle, close to shopping and dining options and has a metro station right outside the entrance. The staff was so lovely upon our arrival and personally showed us to our parking space and we even got an upgraded room, which was a pleasant surprise after a long drive. The rooms are spacious and clean with all the amenities you will need. This is an elegant hotel that in our experience gives 5-star vibes. We will absolutely return to this property when we visit Milan again.

Needs improvement

I had a spacious room on the 3rd floor, overlooking the 'courtyard'. The view wasn't fab, but it was a quiet room. If you want street view, you're likely to hear the trams too. I opted to sleep! AC worked well. The decor resembled late 90s, especially in the bathroom. I had a free bottle of water every day, and on arrival i got a box of candy as a treat. Breakfast was good, lots on offer. The gym however was a total disaster, there was no airconditioning and the room must have been at least 28C in the morning! There is no toilet near the gym (which is technically an awkward shaped room with a cross trainer, weights, weight machine, a bench, a yoga mat and a ball), and there was no product to clean the equipment after use, which means it wasn't clean when I started using it either! I really disliked the high counter on reception. Looked imposing, but it wasn't welcoming at all. Staff were friendly.

A place just like home

UNAHOTELS Milano Cusani is favorite place when traveling to Milan to see family or business/vacation. The property and all amenities are superb. Delicious food too ! Front desk staff are professional and friendly going above and beyond for service. A perfect central location ! A presto ! Grazie per tutto !
