The pillow menu is a unique touch. Staff was super pleasant. Only stayed one night but would definitely recommend. Very convenient to train and metro.

I paid for breakfast to be included in my booking. Expedia reported breakfast not included. Hotel charged me extra for what I already paid. Room was not ready when I arrived from my Singapore flight. I had to wait a couple of hours before they could clean my room.

Great for anybody wanting a layover in a comfortable hotel with an affordable breakfast travelling through Milan Centrale. Lighting system is a little complicated and would benefit from dimmable lights above the bed

This is a premium hotel. It’s conveniently located near to Milano Centrale station but is in a good quiet location. My room was really nice (contemporary, spacious). Although I only spent one night, I wouldn’t hesitate to choose it for a longer stay
