Great stay.

The hotel is near the atractiva that I w antes to see. The room was little, like most on Europe, but clean and had everything we needed. The employees were polite and helpful. The only thing is they need more, the ones that work at the front desk sometimes are the only ones there. A couple of times I arrived at night and there was no one at the front desk, probably the employee was attending other chores. But we had a great stay there.

We booked the triple room for a one night stay with friends. It was perfect for what we needed. Location very convenient and the hotel stored our luggage after checking out.

Air conditioning didn’t work properly and got super hot at night. Brought it up at the front desk but they didn’t solve the issue. Room floor was sticky on some areas and shower clogged. Good location but don’t expect much from the room.

This is not a four star by any means. no coffee in room, one elevator broken other is slow, AC and fan disabled and no small room fans, mosquitoes through open window so bring itch cream, breakfast was good, tv didn’t work well as it was pixelating, weak water pressure. Not unusual for European hotel but hotel ratings need to change.

Terrific property ideally situated to Milan’s must see sites. Rooms are tastefully remodeled & comfortable. One exception however is the very small shower.

The only thing nice about the place was Davide, front desk. Cleaning staff did a good job. Washrooms are extremely small. Elevator was mostly out of use. We were on 5th floor and walked up and down all the time.
