Midtown beach accommodation

What an amazing place to stay in Savannah! Such a cute room, very cozy. Beautiful house and perfect parking on 38th St. Perfectly situated in Midtown area close to everything. I would highly recommend staying here.

Owner was very nice, and flexible about check-out time and check-in process. Overall a very pleasant experience, and a well maintained beautiful property. We would consider returning again based on our experience. Very quiet other than the neighbor's dogs that were let out early in the morning sometimes.

My family and I stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from Savannah State University and it’s a quiet and pleasant home.

We recently stayed here for two nights. The house is in excellent condition. It's very beautiful inside. Everything is very well appointed. The only thing I would know is that the street itself has some houses that look like they're abandoned they're boarded up, but I'm not sure if they're just getting ready to be worked on or whatever. At first I was a little concerned but we had no issues whatsoever with respect to that and once you're in the house, the back yard is very private, the porch is very nice as well. We wil be back next time we head to Savannah. Also the property management company was top notch!

This rental was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well supplied with kitchen utensils. We enjoyed our time at this home in Savanna.
