This is a private triplex, and guests have full access to their unit and the shared exterior property. For added security, exterior cameras are in place around the building.

We’re located in Savannah’s celebrated Victorian District, just west of Bull Street and only 3.5 blocks from Forsyth Park. The property sits roughly midway between River Street to the north and the Starland Art District to the south, making it a convenient and central location for sightseeing.
Many of Savannah’s most popular attractions are walkable for some guests, including the Railroad Museum, SCAD Art Museum, the Design District, and Broughton Street shopping. Restaurants, shops, and bars are just a few blocks away, and a Kroger grocery store is located across Forsyth Park.
The Victorian District is known for its historic charm and ongoing revitalization. You’ll find a mix of beautifully restored late-1800s homes, grand Italianate and Queen Anne–style mansions, and classic Savannah streetscapes. Walking to and around Forsyth Park is a highlight for many visitors.
We are situated on a traditional Savannah lane, adding to the neighborhood’s authentic feel. The surrounding area blends residential homes, local businesses, SCAD facilities, and short-term rentals, creating a lively but established neighborhood atmosphere.
Getting Around:
Savannah is a very walkable city, and this property is located in a convenient area for exploring on foot. However, if you prefer other modes of transport, public transportation options are available. Bike rentals are also readily accessible for a more leisurely way to see the city. For those arriving by car, free parking is available on the premises and on the street.

Please note that parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with one space per home. On-site parking is located immediately to the left of the building. Free street parking is also available on W. Park Ave. and Montgomery St. Guests are responsible for adhering to all posted parking signage and street-cleaning restrictions.
