The room floor was filthy, our white socks were black by the end of the day. Staff did not have warm greetings or feel like they were very interested in helping us. We had no blankets on our beds only two bed sheets, we called down for blankets and it took 45 min to receive and they were thin prison/type blankets. Overall not a good experience. Pool was nice, ocean was close.

The shower was blocked, it was impossible to secure the shower head, the wash basin plug didn’t work, the sash window wouldn’t stay up and hurt my fingers. The air conditioning dripped

On arrival staff was courteous. My room was not available until after check in time. Beds are uncomfortable and old. Linens and pillows are cheap and uncomfortable. Beach and pool staff are unhelpful.
