This doesnt even feel like a Marriott property. Their bathroom didnt have a hand shower or a tub, which made it difficult for kids to take bath. They didnt even provide water in the room and were selling them instead of the customary 2 bottles per day. Neither did they have any reasonable vending machine, their only water was a $5 water bottle. Even the interiors felt very basic / motel quality instead of a Marriott property. Though the location is good, its right across a strip club which makes it very awkward with kids and family.

This is Miami Beach so lots of activity going on so it's not a quiet area. Was fine for me for a work trip, 10 to 15 minute. Walk to convention center. If you have a car park across the street at the parking garage that is $20 a day. There are 3 near by but only 1 is $20 per day.
