Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
We are very disappointed with the service during our recent stay. We stayed for three days and rented two rooms. Both rooms were located on the third floor, and the elevator was not working. We had to carry our luggage upstairs ourselves, and no staff member offered assistance. It did not appear that there was any urgency in addressing the elevator issue.
Additionally, the air conditioning was not working in one of the rooms. The in-room safety box was also nonfunctional due to a dead battery. We reported this issue, but no one came to fix it during our stay.
Housekeeping was another major concern. Our rooms were not cleaned at any point during the three days, despite placing the “Please Make Up Room” sign on the door daily and directly asking housekeeping staff we encountered in the hallway. We had to go to the front desk to request clean towels, and each time we were told they were unsure if towels were available. When we asked why the rooms had not been cleaned for two days, the front desk staff informed us that “room cleaning is not guaranteed,” which was both surprising and disappointing.
Overall, the lack of basic service, communication, and responsiveness significantly affected our stay. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed to improve future guest experiences.
