We had a great stay here with a few caveats...so you know what lies ahead. Room, which was a 1 BD, was as decribed, had everything you needed in the kitchen, had in room laundry, it was spotless and brand new. Furniture was very small, the couch was more of a settee. We had an enormous balcony, but only two small chairs on it. And no art work at all, which seems like no big deal, but it is odd. You are in a city, and it is loud, people in Miami Beach honk all the time and there is lot of construction of new buildings all around. 8 min walk to beatiful beach and you get 2 chairs and towels. There are a lot of restaurants within a quick walk. Easy parking around the neighborhood on street, you pay but very inexpensive. The public spaces in the build are excellent, the pool is amazing, the gym is legit, real weights, upto 85lb dumbbells and lots of free weights. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nowhere to leave luggage in lobby when checking in early; very inconvenient. Nomada management were terrible to deal with; we spoke with multiple representatives and they were all unhelpful and unsympathetic in addressing any of our concerns, in particular, at check in. We will not book with them ever again. On a positive note, the pool was very nice with ample seating and towels. Pool staff were very pleasant. Also, the property was clean.

1. Bare bone 2 bedrooms. No Blinds to cover sun. Hardly no furniture. weird setup. nothing like photos online !! cheapest 2 bedrooms you can get. nothing nice on this 2 bedroom. you cant compare to others on same price level 2. Bad lights. No side lamps - we really even thought to buy side lamps. Bad bad lighting in this 2 bedroom unit, Shame. My wife hated this 2 bedroom 3. Cheap owner/ Lousy service. I stayed there 1 month I could not even get late check out and They kept emailing me to give CC after I already paid deposit. Not good and not professional 4. Slow slow elevators 5. They came to clean on Wrong day and wrong time after I scheduled mid cleaning. Ridiculous 6. Chair was broken in living room. Never came to fix it 7. way over priced and not worth the money. This building are people non stop come and go. 8. Lousy water pressure and not smooth surface to stand in Shower. Also cheap cheap owner unit that just want to get your money i stayed there for 1 month so you can trust this is a real review . only good thing is Gym and Pool and parking ok. and public marker not far would not recommend this in miami . Better other options

When we arrived, the room was not properly prepared for four guests. We had to set up the sofa bed ourselves, and the mattress was only about 7 cm thick, which is not adequate for adults and below the expected standard. There was also a loud howling noise from the plumbing when using the bathroom sink, and several doors creaked loudly. The air conditioning unit is installed inside the room and produces significant noise, which was especially disturbing at night and affected sleep quality. We also requested a baby high chair, which was approved, but it was never delivered. Communication was very disappointing. We were instructed to use WhatsApp, but received no response. Only after contacting Expedia did anything start to move forward. We were told maintenance would arrive at 10 AM, but no one came until around 2 PM and without any update. Some issues were partially addressed later, but overall the experience did not meet expectations in terms of comfort, preparation, and communication. For future visits, we would choose a different accommodation.

Total sh1t show ! The building is shared between several owners and the staff at the entrance is trying to make it work but , beside the great pool, all the rest is a mess. You cannot store your luggage’s, you cannot receive mails, you cannot reach anybody when you need it , the alarm rings in the middle of the night …

The poor (and very nice )people at the front desk are trying to help and have zero power in this place which is so poorly organized.. Nomada sends texts suggesting a discount for one more night than never answer. It is a terrible organization and nothing works ! If you are just looking for a pool it is great, if you are looking for services , forget about it

There is so much to say. The beach is not close to the hotel at least 3 blocks and no clear communication on where to access their chairs at the beach. No shuttle or transport to the beach. The AC system was being maintenced during our stay and we had no choice but to allow access during our stay to our room. No patio furniture on the balcony. There isn’t regular coffee- only a Nespresso machine in room with 4 pods provided initially. No coffee shops in the area open until 7 am. There’s one luggage cart and you have to provide your drivers license to the front desk until you give back the cart. No restaurant on property. No in room information or menu. Loud as in you can hear room conversations from the hallway. Parking is shared with the public and $45 for a full day but if you exit you have to start your meet over. No room cleanings for long stays provided unless you want to pay, that includes additional towels although two tide pods are provided for the in room washer and dryer. The bedroom TV is located on the left wall so you have to turn your head to the left to watch TV. The one bedroom unit is very small and just right for maybe two people.

Condo was great but very small. It would be a stretch for 4 to sleep there unless 2 were small children. Pool was wonderful. Close to lots of restaurants and beach. Great views.
