They obviously double booked my booking with another Melissa as I had to wait 10-15 min while they were fixing something up on the computer, so they got me to sit down and wait. Also I don’t understand how house keeping can think 2 sachets of coffee would be enough for 3 adults over a weekend period. Yet there are 10 sachets of tea bags.

Overall the property was good value for money. As i had a 4 night booking Inwas disappointed to be in a room adjacent to the lifts. In room house keeping was more miss than hit.

Front desk staff were very kind and accomodating. The rooms were a great size. One negative about my stay this time was that my room was not serviced/ made up and no fresh towels were replenished even after requesting/confirming this service with the front desk. I was out for 12 hours and came back to an unserviced room. Not a big deal and was rectified straight away when I called the front desk.
