Excellent service from staff, room was clean and lovely. Great amenities. Restaurant was well stocked for breakfast and service was prompt. The only negative was that our room facing the street got quite noisy from outside starting about 5:00 in the morning. Bring earplugs if you sleep light.

Great location just 5 minutes from the main shopping centre and 5 minutes from the old town. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Percent hotel

Perfect location, just a couple blocks from the main strip and walkable to the St. Charles bridge. Very good breakast with a wide variety, nice happy hour in the bar downstairs. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Like all Mama Shelters in Europe I've been in, this is a hip and modern hotel. Really nice rooms and comfortable beds. Great staff, good food and drink on 1st floor. No room service, so get out of your room and go eat with the other humans downstairs. Rooms do not have kettles or coffee pots and no tea/coffee or mugs even. So if you don't have a portable hot water maker, you'll have to again go downstairs for a coffee or tea. Minor tradeoff to an otherwise terrific hotel in a very walkable area with many shopping and dining options. Access to trams and buses to other key areas of Prague are very close and very reliable.

The hotel was spotless. The staff very attentive and the location great.The only negatives were the room conditioning and no brown sauce for breakfast. I definitely would stay again.
