Staff very helpful and infomative, very well attended dining area and reception. Room clealiness really good, non intrusive service. The location is great, tram stop just outside and local bars and eateries in abundance. Cool area, nicer staying here than central tourist area

nice hotel, good value, safe area with a decent sized room. only negatives where that there was no shower screen so after every shower the bathroom was flooded which was inconvenient. If im going to be picky the selection for breakfast was a little limited but otherwise it was a great stay and i would recommended it.

Lovely hotel

Lovely room. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. Disappointed the lounge bar wasn't open, but you could have a drink in the Belcredi which was attached to the hotel. Had a Thai massage which was very good. A very pleasant stay.

The location of this property is very convenient. There are lots of tram and bus stops within 2-5 min walks from the hotel. It is also very close to the Old Town Square and popular attractions (20 mins by Tram).

This property is not a 4 star hotel. This hotel is old and rooms are average. Reception staff ( depending on who you meet) can be welcoming or rude. I needed a toothbrush and the mid-aged guy at the reception asked for $2, what kind of a hotel charges money for this basic amenities ? The only reason i am even giving a 2 star is for a courteous employee who helped us with our queries and was easy to talk to.
