This is just the place we have been searching for. It is situated by the water, it has a yard, and the birds are singing! Decorated beautifully. The Host was friendly and responsive. We had a wonderful experience.

It was a good value and also included coffee and some breakfast items. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the property was well kept. I slept very well which was the most important thing I needed for my stay.

We had an awesome time here. The view was fantastic from the house. The hosts were very communicative and consistently looking to help make it a great stay.

Property is located on the water with easy access to the beach. They have plenty of sitting areas outside as well as a sitting area right outside of your room that is semi private. They give you a picnic basket breakfast that consisted of bagels, butter, cream cheese, jelly, etc. Very tranquil setting and very relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely go again.

We had a really nice time at the Barnes' property. There are two bedrooms with two bathrooms in the main house. Just as a warning, the bed in one of the rooms is extremely high, but there is a step stool for getting in and out. The kitchen is well stocked. The second bathroom is off the kitchen. We had everything we needed and the owners were very responsive. My son stayed in the cottage with a space heater, but it was really too cold for this time of year. He could have used a few more blankets. My only minor complaint was there were no bars of soap for showering anywhere. Bring your own.Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and we will probably stay there again for the next family event.

Before my trip even began, communication with Bill was exceptional. Bill was very responsive throughout my entire 3 day stay. The entire house was recently renovated, and I can tell not only did they invest a lot of money in the renovation, but they were very thoughtful in all the upgrades they made. The neighborhood is also very peaceful. Whether you make a left or right, you’re only a couple blocks from the beach. My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this house. It was perfect for us as a family of four (1 year-old and a 2 1/2 year-old). Plenty of room for them to play around both outside the house and inside the house, but not big enough for them to get lost and in too much trouble. I would highly recommend staying here, you can’t go wrong.
