Location (3 mins walk from train station) was perfect. Staff lovely at all interactions. We had to leave at 5.30am, the night staff were fabulous and although breakfast wasn’t until 6.30 they allowed us to get some takeaway coffee, croissant and fruit. Room was great.

Great location for Oxford Street and the theatre which we’re going to. Comfy beds. Everything you would expect from a budget hotel. Nice helpful staff. Take your plugs along with the cables. This place has still reached the 21st century with usb/usc plug sockets. Luckily I take my world travel plug everywhere, my mate not!! I slept until 4am, when after that, all we could hear was banging, various other sounds, bins being emptied, and the train. Would I stay here again. Only if I was paying. Breakfast was lukewarm unfortunately. No poached eggs

ideally located and clean hotel in the centre of busy and lively area of manchester... but has issues with electrical systems, computer gremlins and flickering lights. Minor problems at best but considering the nightly rate you pay you would expect better
