Journey approximately 7 kilometres east of Malabe and you'll discover the bustling streets of Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte.

Take a short trip out to Seeduwa - Katunayake, 30 kilometres away. Once you're there, you should head straight over to Negombo Beach.

Does chilling out on the shore sound like a good way to spend a day? Consider organising a day trip to Bentota Beach or Mount Lavinia Beach.

Venture beyond Malabe and be prepared to experience some wonderful natural sights. Just 13 kilometres away, Beira Lake is a pleasant place to unwind in the fresh air. Also make time to see Muthurajawela Visitor Centre, 25 kilometres away from Malabe.
