While the property is a good for its value, it is in the heart of the city centre which is a big plus. The only thing i didn't like is that i had to call Expedia open a case, and contact the property, for them to transfer the instructions o how to check-in, one hour prior to the actual check-in. The representative was super helpful, she sent it right away while on the call. However their company policy is wered, they won't provide access codes they are afraid we go in prior to 15:00 their official check-in time. One aspect they have to improve.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The only drawback is the area. There are a lot of clubs around, including right in the alley and it gets very loud until early hours in the morning, making sleeping challenging. Also for families with young children, there are a few adult clubs and establishments in the very immediate vicinity. So be ready for your kids to ask some questions.

Families: do not stay here! We were unable to sleep due to the excessive noise (heart of clubing area and very badly sound proofed from other apartments).

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Buena ubicación, pero con detalles por mejorar La ubicación es excelente, en pleno barrio de Chueca, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y transporte. El apartamento es amplio y moderno, ideal para estancias cortas. Sin embargo, algunos detalles podrían mejorar: el mantenimiento general necesita más atención y el servicio al cliente fue un poco distante. A pesar de eso, es una opción cómoda si buscas estar bien ubicado en Madrid.

We stayed at this Airbnb in Chueca, Madrid, as a family with two young kids and had a great experience overall. The apartment was very clean, well-kept, and incredibly central walking distance to nearly all the main attractions in Madrid, which made exploring the city super convenient. The check-in process was smooth, with a very practical door access system. One thing to note: our visit coincided with the start of the Pride celebrations. Chueca is known for being the heart of Madrid’s LGBTQ+ community, and during Pride it becomes especially vibrant and festive. While we respect all people and beliefs, travelers who may be looking for a quieter or more conservative atmosphere during this specific time might want to consider that aspect when planning. Otherwise, the location and apartment were excellent and worked really well for our family.

Good stay!

The accomondation itself was amazing. The staff service was prompt and nice. However the area (Chueca) was having a pride festival and the hotel apparently was at the centre of it. There was a It was crowded with people outside the buiding at night that we had to squeeze into the crowd just to get back. I hope the hotel can notify us in advance if there are any celebrations taking place during our stay — that would be ideal.

Our unit had a large common area for cooking, eating, and relaxing. Everything was as shown as in the photos. We received the code to enter our unit about 1pm on the day of arrival. No issues.

This property has a great location, walking distance to the metro stations, La Gran Via avenue, shopping,La Plaza Mayor, etc. specially if you belong to the LGBT+ community, which we weren’t part of it, our dates fell during the festivities of this community, it was a party that lasted the whole week, specially at night, literally you heard the noice all night long, if you are light of sleep, this is not the place for you during those dates, we had previously scheduled activities that lasted the whole day, when we came back at night we had to go through police checkpoints to access the perimeter where the building was located and walk through rivers of people gay and straight until reaching the main door, again, if you are part of the community, this is a place you’d like to book during the festivities, if you are looking for peace and quiet during the night go somewhere else. Besides the above, we had a great time
