Lovely suite and stunning location, a 30-minute walk from the centre of Lunenburg. There is a beach across the road that motel residents have access to. The welcome we received wasn’t the warmest and while the suite was spotlessly clean when we arrived it wasn’t cleaned again during our 4-night stay. Lovely place but room for improvement in one or two areas.

We just loved our stay here. Everything has been renovated including new furniture, beds, bathrooms, throughout. The owner made sure Everything was to our liking. Sitting on the front porch of our cottage with a book and a coffee taking in the ocean and the wildlife including a golden eagle one day was a real treat. 5 star.

We were very pleased with this motel. We were nervous as we had booked other motels in the past that were like Schits Creek type. The owners were very nice and welcoming. Nicely renovated, clean. The owners have pride of ownership.

Very nice

It's only a few minutes by car outside of town. Nice quiet setting with view of the sea. The WiFi was a bit sketchy. Most everything you need, but no other facilities, like a restaurant or clothes washers. Not a big deal.

Loved our room! It was clean and cozy with a great view of the ocean. Owners are lovely and friendly. A great spot for family’s and couples. Would happily stay here again and would recommend to others looking for a wonderful place to stay.

Good facilities but very small

Our cabin had just about everything except a kitchen sink but was incredibly small, so you hsd to fill the kettle or coffee machine or washing up bowl from the 'bathroom ' but the sink was so small it was virtually impossible to get anything under the tap! It was definitely the smallest shower cubicle I've experienced. AC was good, very quite location, 30 mins walk to Lunenburg. Beach opposite is stony.

This motel was lovely. These units were delightful and were wonderfully decorated simply but tastefully. The kitchen was well stocked with full sized a fridge freezer which fit an entire bag of ice. The stove was a glass top and we were able to reheat a frozen pizza in the oven. You can walk to the Atlantic Ocean from the hotel though it is a shingle beach but there were lots of collectible shells and stones. We used the motel as a base. It is walking distance to Lunenburg 1.9 km

Such a great little place, we loved having the kitchen. So convenient. Comfy beds, loved the heat pump for heat and a/c. Close to Lunenburg without having to stay in town. Excellent to get out to the south shore! Highly recommend!!
