I went for my birthday and had the best time. The property was clean and the staff was nice. There were a few down sides. There was several requests made for my room to be decorated for my birthday that was done. Also, some of the staff memebers had attitudes, specifically the host at the grill restaurant. I don't remember her name, but she had an attitude the entire time we ate.

It was good experience with them but simultaneously we learn lots of things. As we booked this property as all inclusive but when we visited their we asked for pay for premium food and drink. And it was not mention anywhere so we got surprised. Food was good but have to wait long time to get in as waiting time is more. Views is great , staff was good. Friendly, polite

I absolutely loved my time at Grand Fiesta Americana last week! The staff is wonderful and the property was beautiful and very clean. The restaurants were all excellent and the food was great! I definitely plan to stay here again!

This property is very nice however there is not much to see or do. Entertainment is lacking. Food availability is limited and some staff are not as welcoming. Very expensive for what you pay. Not worth the price unless you are traveling as a family.

My husband and I and our two teenage boys just spent five days there. Everything was amazing,the staff and food especially. We had no problems but it is built into a cliff so there is a lot of walking or you need to wait for a golf cart. They were usually on top of getting golf carts to wherever they need to be. One thing I didn’t know is there’s no free transportation into town. For a family of four it was $30 one way. Not tons of entertainment, but the entertainment they had was good.

Beautiful resort on the rocky cliffs overlooking the ocean. We watch whales surfacing from our hotel room and the restaurants. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Pools are beautiful and relaxing. We had a great time!!

The 7 nights and 8 days trip here with five friends brought back many memories to Vancouver. All the food, the service of the staff, and the fun activities made it not boring, and I will visit here again with my family next year.
