We had the most wonderful experience during our one-week stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were so humble, always ready to help, and greeted us warmly every single day. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful and added so much to the overall experience. The private beach was a highlight — peaceful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The pools were also very well maintained, which made spending time there even more enjoyable. The food was delicious and offered great quality. However, it would be amazing if they could introduce a few new cuisines to create a more exclusive and diverse dining experience. Overall, it was the best time spent. We created such beautiful memories here and would definitely love to come back again!

The room was great! We had the 1 bedroom and it was very spacious. The patio view was also great . The staff and customer service were amazing. They really go the extra mile to provide great service. The food was pretty good. That the one thing that could of been better. It wasnt bad or anything, but just a little underwhelming. The location was good. Not too far from the Arch. It was basically in the middle of the airport and the atv riding we did. We would definitely come back. I miss the customer serive already, especially because we live in California we're people are so rude.

This resort was absolutely stunning. It’s built into the cliffside and has two security entrances before you reach the resort so we felt extremely safe. At the same time, it was very easy to get Ubers to go into town. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff was very diligent every single day to keep everything spotless. The service is incredible at all the restaurants, bars, and poolside areas. The food was the best food I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive resort. We also never had to make any reservations for dining and basically walked right into any restaurant with a group of five, which was amazing.The beach was also beautiful and private so there were no vendors trying to sell you anything. The best feature is being able to see the whales right from the poolside restaurants and the pool itself. It’s perfectly located within the hotel zone about 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas in about 30 minutes to San Jose del Cabo downtown and just a little longer to the airport. I really have no complaints about this resort, I would go back tomorrow. Highly recommend!!

Room was great, bell boys were great, but if you’re not leaving the resort till afternoon you will be charged $150USD/bracelet to keep your privileges of the resort. If you don’t pay it you’re basically dead to everyone there except the bell boys. If you book 8 days you will only get 6 days of the resort. You lose a half day on check in and a half day on check out.

Staff were excellent! The room was clean and refreshed each evening. The restaurant food was some of the best we’ve had at a resort in Mexico. Focus is in restaurants instead of buffet which is a huge improvement.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location. We had a wonderful ocean view suite on the top floor which was exactly what I asked for. It was in a quiet location and staff decorated it for my birthday. We really enjoyed watching whales all day and being able to snorkel right out front. Lots of fantastic food and the staff were as friendly and attentive.

Our stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana was wonderful! The staff is exceptional. Our Villa was as far away from the main hotel but this was not a problem. You can request a ride or walk it in minutes. The pools are clean and inviting. The beach was great and snorkeling was awesome. Would recommend some water shoes as the sand is coarse and can hurt your feet after a while. The food and drink options were really good. We would definitely go back!

Overall was a great all inclusive resort. We’ve stayed at grand fiesta in Cancun before so we wanted to check this one out in Cabo. Moving forward we will be choosing adults only just as a personal preference, but seems great for families. It was lowkey mon-wed, so highly recommend going towards the beginning of the week to avoid overcrowding at the pool snd beach. Huge resort so you have to be ok with walking a lot depending on where your room is located or relying on the shuttles service around the hotel. Staff were very friendly, except the young towel guys by the pool (young and immature, cussed at us in Spanish thinking we couldn’t understand him). Beach area is beautiful. Main downside was there were 2-3 weddings booked over the span of friday-Saturday which involved taking up half of the beach area. So many of the loungers were moved (or taken away) and overcrowded the other half of the beach to where all of the chairs were side by and nobody could find a spot to sit or get an umbrella (meanwhile the pool chairs are all taken up by people’s towels). So that was disappointing that paying customers have to suffer because of the weddings taking place there. We will unlikely book here again.
