They don’t do housekeeping automatically, so you'll need to request a room clean 24 hours in advance. That said, the staff were really helpful and accommodating.

It was a nice room nice ataff we had fun

Everything else was very nice and well taken care of. The breakfast was amazing and more than I thought it would be. My biggest and main issue, which the staff did try to help with and eventually hotel.com had to help with was that people were smoking marijuana mostly on the second floor and it wasn’t just a little bit. It was very, very strong. It was so strong. It was giving us a headache. Myself and my children all have issues with asthma and none of us like smoke at all. I know that the hotel was fully booked that weekend and the staff did try to help but I know there was not much they could do. I know it’s also legal in that state but the signs do say No Smoking so it’s something that I think should be looked into and enforced. Especially since we know the room next-door to us was smoking a lot, and we tried to open the windows to clear out the air, but they probably had their windows open because it kept wafting in besides coming through the walls which made all of us sick and we literally could get high for how much we were breathing in. I don’t think that’s right for little kids which they did also have in the room but also for us and again not to mention, these are supposed to be non-smoking rooms.

Ice machine on 3rd floor not on. Fridge in our room was not very cold. Breakfast was bad. Waffle maker not turned on. Juice machine did not work.

The rooms were supposedly non-smoking but had a stale smoke smell, especially on the third floor. There was no screen on our window even though we were able to open the window. There were loose tiles on the bathroom floor, so we needed to be careful not to injure ourselves. The light in the elevator area was out during our stay and others mentioned it had been out all weekend. Then there was the pool area; the chlorine and other chemicals were so strong I could not stand being in the pool area for more than 15-30 min tops. All the kids in our group complained of their skin and eyes being irritated by the water. All of us, especially the kids had a cough that night from the pool chemicals. It was horrible! The breakfast was poor by continental breakfast standards. Overall it was a bad experience, we will not be returning and would not recommend to others.
