Jacuzzi tub was clean and there was plenty of hot water. Worth the extra $$ after hours in the car. Plenty of towels. Restaurant next door was good with reasonable prices for dinner and drinks. Hwy exit was blocked so not as easy to get to hotel.

I did not like access to Hwy 35W but, nothing you could do about that. I am looking forward to that project ending before I will book another stay at your hotel. Sure could use better light by the desk part of the room. All in all good value for the price.

Burnsville location

We were assigned a quiet room on the first floor, which was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. However, we noticed a few ants and spiders in the room. The bathroom, while functional, showed its age - the floor got flooded after showers, the wall shelves were unstable, and there was no vanity. These issues detracted from our overall stay. If you’re looking for something quiet but in and out this is a good location

Overall it was a good stay, beds were as advertised and comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was better than most hotels. Only issue I had was the smell of weed in certain spots of the hotel including our hallway. Realize it is legal in MN but I think the hotel needs to do a better job enforcing their no smoking policy and charging people for doing it. I brought it up to the front desk and while I realize there’s only so much they can do I appreciate that he went up and sprayed something that neutralizes the smell.

There was always the smell of Marijuana in the hotel hallways and outside the hotel entrance for the 4 days we were there. The room had an issue with the shower faucet, the blind slats were broken (making the room very bright at night) and most importantly, the mattress needed to be replaced. It sagged in the center making for not the greatest of rest at night. The fitness room trash was overflowing and the equipment wipes were dried out. It has a bike, treadmill, elliptical and a weight machine. I only ever saw one other person use it besides me. The breakfast was your standard breakfast, eggs, sausage, bread, bagels, muffin, cereal, oatmeal, etc. I bring my own hot chocolate and I don't recall seeing any there near the tea, coffee area. The staff members that we met were very nice. All in all it was mediocre. Had the mattress been better I would probably have given this a better review for the cost but let's face it, you go there to sleep and if you can't they have failed.
