The room itself is beautiful and functional. However, the shower water pressure was very low, and hot water was almost nonexistent both in the morning and evening. Interestingly, the bathroom and kitchen sinks had much hotter water than the shower. I booked this hotel specifically for the self-service laundry, but it was out of order. I ended up wasting both my evening and morning trying to get my laundry done, which was frustrating and required me to rearrange my day. That said, the staff was helpful and used their own account to get my laundry started, which I appreciated. We also requested an extra comforter and pillows, but it took three requests before they were delivered by the manager herself. The bed is firm, with little to no plush topper. On a positive note, the surrounding area offers many great dining options.

Absolutely loved it here. Perfect for couples. The entire place is modern and cozy. Had all the amenities and the staff is 10/10. I was celebrating my new engagement and they made me & my fiance feel very special. Would def come back again.

We had the best stay with Wilde near Liverpool Street. From the moment we walked into to the moment we checked out it was the most pleasant experience. The bed was HUGE, which this American needed after trying to sleep with my snoring husband in tiny beds in other London neighborhoods. The space pristine, service top notch, bar and breakfast perfect. Would highly recommend.
