The staff were very helpful. I was particularly impressed at how quickly they got an iron and ironing board to me when asked. I would have liked to have a fresh towel, and to have the room made up between my first and second nights, but apparently that needs to be requested more than a day before, which is less than ideal on a short visit. I'm sure if I'd asked, they would have done it, though. Generally, I was impressed and happy. Apart from the very, very bright green emergency exit light which could not be turned off. I think it's a legal requirement to have one, but surely they could get a dimmer option. Other than that, though, great little place, excellent location, good value for central London.

The staff were excellent and couldnt have been more helpful. The room was spotless. I had booked an accessible room but with bed against wall and no windows was claustrophobic. The staff showed me two other rooms and I settled for a bigger room with windows. This did not have rails etc in shower area. However super location but more for able people than disabled.

The noise for the room was quite annoying. Despite not spending a lot of time in the room, the little time I did spend in it trying to sleep was met with quite a bit of noise of all sorts (slamming doors, moving furniture, people talking, etc)

We were originally in room 221 but omg how noisy it was at night. So very compact as well. They did move us the next day. Staff were friendly and professional.

Tiny room but very functional. We had a nice view of the churchyard into the piazza, and the location is worth any of the issues. For where it is, it’s also extremely quiet. Staff were excellent, ideal spot for a solo traveler. Having to climb over my wife to get out of bed was charming :). Overall we really liked it and would stay again

I stayed for a night. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. I loved the convenience of this hotel being in Covent Garden. so you’re in a really nice spot to visit the stores and places around the city. I did not have breakfast at the hotel but heard it’s really good.

Good location

Great location for a nice room. Bathroom water pressure was great! My room was a bit dusty on the floor and I had mixed reviews on the staff. Some were very helpful and kind, some were not too helpful. Good location, super close to shopping, the tube/bus and great restaurants nearby.
