American travelers

The staff was awesome. If you are an American use to traveling in the states there is a huge difference with accommodations and the cost. The breakfast was minimal. The room and bath were very small for 2 people with any amount of luggage. Over all size if room is about 100 sgft. Overall we were happy with are stay just needed more space.

Good stay

We stayed in a triple share. Room and bathroom were very small but fine for a two night stay. The location is good…within walking distance to Big Ben and Parliament square. The Borough market and tower bridge are a short uber ride away but you could walk. The AC was broken but the room had big windows that opened. Breakfast was simple but good. The cappuccinos were made to order and were great!

Pleasant stay due to lovely staff

The staff was really nice and helpful at City London Hotel. They made us feel extremely welcomes when my friends and I went on valentines day weekend for a girls trip. They greeted us with roses which was super sweet and easily held our luggage when we arrived early and again at the end of our trip before our later flight. Used nearby train stations for most of our trip but if it's nice out, it's not too far of a walk for the market and some sites.

The staff were very hospitable. The rooms were very clean and neat. Excellent location near transportation and only 2 stops to downtown London and the sights. Breakfast included every morning- the lobby has fresh fruit and cold water available at no charge daily. - Perfect when leaving for a long day of sightseeing! The road on and the bed were small but expected from a boutique hotel in Europe. Coffee and a small fridge in the room and of course a TV. Well worth every penny- an excellent value. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel.

A very nice hotel to use for a few nights. I don't think I'd want to stay there for a week or more as the rooms are very small. The staff is great and friendly and personable and goes out of their way to do what they can for you. It's very local to the London bridge borough market area and lots of nice shops and restaurants are all around. Overall I would stay there again.

Very nice place, ideal location,15 minute walk to the London eye, continental breakfast to start your day.only downside was bed wasn’t the best and walls are thin, you can hear people coming and going all night if your a light sleeper. Would stay again.

Great little hotel

We arrived to check in and it was such a quick and painless process. They asked if my child and myself could have candy and cookies and then we all got a rose as well. The room had a little vase for the flowers, kettle, fridge, iron and ironing board, table and chair. It was clean and perfect for us. They are a small operation but great at customer service. Will definitely be back
