The hotel was fab, staff were brilliant so friendly and accommodating, always friendly and ready to help. The location is great. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the facilities were great. We were super happy with our choice of hotel 😊

After travelling to England via LHR, I decided to pick a hotel near the Heathrow express at Paddington. I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and surrounding area. The surrounding area has some very nice restaurants and food choices. You can even have a drink on a boat in a canal. From there you can easily walk to Paddington station to access the tube or you can walk to Hyde park, Oxford st and other great sites in London if you are fit. Now for the hotel, it is very strange to be greeted by reception sitting at an office desk but its these little differences that make the Novotel excellent. The staff are wonderful and took my bag for storage so I could go to work. When I came back, my room was ready and the bags arrived with no issue The room was very clean, spacious and the shower was awesome. The room was quiet and I got a great sleep. When I woke up I went to the gym and jumped in the pool. I didn't have time for a dry or wet sauna (next time). Then I went for breakfast. What a pleasure this was. I was greeted as I arrived at the breakfast area and directed where to sit. The selection of food was excellent. The concierge came over to check on each of the guests to make sure everyting was all right. And it was genuine. I recommend you staying here for the convenience, the experience and the staff

Great location. Close to Paddington Station with trains and Underground. Staff, Oumaima and Johanes, were very helpful at 12am when I lost my cellphone. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed having a kettle to make tea or coffee in the morning. Was easy to get to Heathrow Airport from Paddington Station. Would highly recommend this hotel. Judy from Canada
