No little touches

I’ve stayed here before and the service was better last time. It was disappointing that room service hours were short and there was no information on this. There were no amenities in the room such as shower cap etc Very little provided in the room in terms of tea and coffee, cheap unbranded coffee pods and teabags with little milk. For the price you pay I’d expect a lot better from them! Bed was extremely comfortable with the extra pillows from the cupboard. Not all the lights worked. Overall I’m disappointed this time as it was previously quite a luxury experience.

Lovely property, great out of town location with good transport links, provided the network is working. My only feedback is that it’s close to impossible to get the shower gel out of the pumps in the bathroom, breakfast fast fabulous!

They have not cleaned properly, and its our duty to tell them if it needs to be cleaned. The nespresso coffee machine was terrible and so was the coffee capsules.

A brief stay only a few hours so we didn’t get to enjoy most of the amenities. The reception staff were lovely and extremely accommodating. There is a shop close by that sells essentials. About a 20 minute walk from Canary Wharf tube station and Elizabeth line station. By the edge of the river overlooking a view of the o2 arena. The room was clean and spacious with enough room open suitcases. There was a desk, armchair and ample seating. The breakfast buffet was delicious with options for different diets including vegan. There was a spacious shower with toiletries provided, a bathtub and a bidet alongside the toilet. The bed was large with bedside lamps and multiple charging sockets. Would recommend a stay here, looking forward to coming back!
