It was a pleasure to stay there. Roman on front desk was very polite, friendly and helpful. Its good to see staff with customer care skills and not just robotic. Room was spacious and clean. We only had two towels and housekeeping came within minutes to replace. Bar staff were good too and it was not so busy. We ordered some food that did take a bit longer than expected but was lovely. Parking on site is good too.

We had a wonderful stay and were greeted by Roman, who was very welcoming. The room was lovely, and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast offered a great selection, and the venue’s location close to the O2 Arena was really convenient. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and we would happily recommend it.
