Would have gave it 5 stars , but money did go missing during my stay. Someone who had access to my room definitely took it. It wasn’t a lot of money but that’s besides the point. I let the manager , concierge & security know. I left before the situation was rectified & I was told someone would contact be regarding the matter but no one did. It’s really unfortunate because I stayed there for 2 weeks and spent thousands. Other than that , no complaints. Very nice hotel and friendly staff.

We have stayed at a ton of really wonderful hotels and resorts. The Pan Pacific has taken the cake. Shortly before our arrival, they asked for our children’s ages. There were many touches and details that catered to our kids, who are often overlooked. I would list them, but I feel that would ruin it for future guests. Just know that every aspect of the hotel was wonderful.

We recently went to London for an 8 night -9 day vacation and stayed at the PanPacific hotel. It was truly a perfect place to return each evening after our exciting but busy days in London. The building itself is new and beautiful, the decor and amenities are lovely and the staff are helpful, very well trained and efficient. All in all it was a perfect stay. Be sure and listen when the bell boy explains the automatic lights and curtains!
