We recently went to London for an 8 night -9 day vacation and stayed at the PanPacific hotel. It was truly a perfect place to return each evening after our exciting but busy days in London. The building itself is new and beautiful, the decor and amenities are lovely and the staff are helpful, very well trained and efficient. All in all it was a perfect stay. Be sure and listen when the bell boy explains the automatic lights and curtains!
