Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Dreadful

They had no idea I was coming! Receptionist was hopeless! Concierge was absent and could not be contacted. Parking options awful. Avoid at all costs!
Stayed 3 nights in Feb 2020
