The room has a lot of wear and uncomfortable. The room does not match what is shown in the listing. The location was not convenient, was far from restaurants orbplace of interest. The check in process was poorly organized.

Customer support is superb, from quick responses to communications, to helpful staff at the kitchen and front desk during our stay. And of course, the bountiful breakfast with lots of healthy choices. The rooms are good size, the huge shower head's "rain" so relaxing, and the scent of hair and body gel, and towels as well are all so pleasant. The location is great and we lucked out on street parking in 2 occasions. The nearby Telpark was a good backup option. Highly recommend!!

First of all it is not like it looks on the Expedia website. I arrived super late because of my flight itinerary and wanted to go straight to my room. The girl makes me sign paper and talk for a long time about many indications I was so exhausted. Everything is money. They wanted to charged me 100 euros for hold in case something happen to the little room even tho I was going to be there only that night. It was a problem if I leave earlier as I didn’t even catch what she said since I was so tired. The breakfast was bad. Poor food to pick only two types of fruit. The juice was bad. The room was incredibly small and the neighborhood was not the best option to stay if you come with kids. They had the audacity to ask me if I consume something for. The room and they didn’t have not even water free. I won’t be staying here again and definitely they need to update the extra charge or hold for people to be prepared even tho if it’s one layover night stay.

Breakfast was good. There isn’t much indoor sitting area so they have a covered patio outdoors, which was a little cold but OK for me in January. The subway is a seven minute walk downhill from the hotel and another subway line is about us eight minute walk uphill from the hotel. The only real complaint was the towels were so flimsy. They need to get plush towels. Also, the sink in the room is too tiny for a slob like me.

The location of this property is super! Just a short walk to Rossio square. The staff and breakfast really make this hotel stand out. The staff go beyond what you would expect of a small hotel chain. Rooms are quaint. We had a balcony which was nice, but the room was really small! Bed was comfortable and shower worked well. We would stay here again! Grocery just us the street.
