This hotel exceeded our expectations. Excellent location on Liberdade. Smaller boutique hotel. Great service, friendly staff. Chic lobby, bar and dining room. Classy. Live piano and violin during evening dinner period. Very clean. Food quality good. Breakfast buffet was great. Access to metro within 100 metres. Weather was too cool for the outside terrace area. Fitness room is spartan. Room was as expected. Overall, it meets its 5-star rating. Would stay there again.

We had a great stay here. The location is super convenient and made it easy to get around. The staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout our visit, which we really appreciated. The room itself was comfortable and well-kept. The only thing to note is that some of the rooms on the upper floors facing the street have windows placed very high up on the wall, so you don’t get much of a view. This wasn’t a big issue for us since we were out exploring most of the time, but if you’re someone who enjoys spending time in the room and wants a view, it’s something to consider. Overall, a pleasant stay and great service in a very accessible location.

A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The rooms were spacious and well designed.The staff was absolutely outstanding! Every need was taken care of within minutes. The food at the restaurant was delicious, complemented by beautiful live violin music. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel and we will be recommending it to all our friends.
