Lovely Lisbon

I arrived into Lisbon during the national power outage and the staff were amazing. They dealt with the stressful situation so well and calmly. They chaperoned me to my room with a flashlight and genuinely did their best in every way It is a super central location

The room was tiny for a couple - ok for 1 night. none of the rooms have balconies so do not let the photos deceive you. Also, on hotels.com, when you check out it will tell you breakfast is included, but then it does not show up on your confirmation email and we got charged even though verbally at reception they told us they would not charge.

I loved the cleanliness, healthy breakfast buffet, and the friendliness and recommendations of the front desk.
