We had a lovely stay at this hotel, booked a srandard double room which was much bigger than we expected and the staff were all extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from a metro stop so it didnt take very long to get to all the tourist stuff. Would definitely recommend.

only issue I had was tv angled into wall where you couldn’t put firestick in and tv stopped working during trip but was traveling for most of it. Perfect location, spa was awesome and definitely worth adding the breakfast

The heating was not working despite multiple complaints and continued to blow cold air. Maintenance only confirmed it was broken after several follow-ups. On the second day, the bathroom flooded due to a toilet leak; no proper inspection was done, only a cleaner was sent. Staff response was slow with no follow-up, making the stay very uncomfortable and not worth the price of a 4-star hotel.
