Had an amazing stay. Rooms were super clean, well maintained, and the staff were great. We were given complimentary pastel de nata which was really nice. The hotel is in a great location and had plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Quite neighborhood, easy transit to any destinatio

Room was comfortable and the shower / deep tub were amazing! Water warmed up very quickly and got extremely warm (as selected). Very centrally located to multiple grocery stores for a quick bite, waters, etc. 3 minutes to the Parque blue line that was super convenient to go south towards the more tourist areas or connect to other lines. Slight issue with finding out reservation once we arrived and a rather rude gentlemen when asked to open a bottle of wine for us, but the room was great!

Bathtub was not working well, the front desk was not nice, VIP service was a bottle of wine, we asked for the opener, they said come down and we will open for you. I was already in my bathrobe and needed to bring them the opener to my room. The bottle of wine left unopened.

Hotel is in a convenient area. About a 45 minutes walk or 15 minutes uber to central areas. Two groceries stores next to hotel. 5 minutes walk to metro. Very happy with stay. Big shout out to Edison for all this help and big smile.

I was refused a refund for needing to leave earlier. The construction noise from the adjacent property lasts from 8 am - 8 pm, an awful pounding noise that shakes the wall behind my bed. Do not book here!

The property was situated in a great location, our room was comfortable. The staff were great with assisting with booking tours, the baron main level and roof top restaurant were a great for convenience. Buffet breakfast was a nice added touch. The only thing that was a little odd was not having an iron in our room.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Compliments to housekeeping staff, the room was always so clean. It is a good location and within a few minutes walk to transit and the sightseeing hub.
