Lovely place, super nice staff, excellent location, could use some new pillows. They only provide a one combo shower gel and hair shampoo so bring your own facial soap, hair conditioner, body lotion, q-tips etc. Fun restaurant next door, great wine pours! Would stay here again.

What a nice, welcoming staff!

So much is so near. Staff is super nice and helpful. Building is solid and quiet but we did have Mr. Bigfoot and his pet rhinoceros upstairs from us for one night and could hear it. But only briefly. Word of warning: The showers are super slippery so if you are traveling with an elderly person or anybody else who has balance issues, stop by a dollar store for a cheap shower mat or bring one.

The perfect place!

Great experience! The staff were helpful & friendly. They provided recommendations prior to our visit. We appreciated their hospitality & friendliness. The hotel room was equipped with more than what we needed, in a great location that was walking distance to some of our favorite places. Quiet - which is hard to find in almost any city. My daughter and I had a deluxe twin room which was spacious, clean and stylish. The building is decorated in a contemporary, minimal style but it has lovely original features. It was quiet and in a fantastic location for exploring. It was easy to get the metro from the airport and walk with small cases from the metro station to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to store our luggage and get into our room early. We loved exploring on foot, on the tram and also were pleased to be able to go to Sintra for the day. As first time visitors to Lisbon for 4 nights it was perfect. Can’t fault the hotel and the room we had, so would definitely recommend!
