The room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable! The hotel was quiet. The staff at the front desk were all so pleasant and kind. On our last morning, we had to leave before breakfast officially started so the staff arranged for a breakfast box to go. Would definitely stay here again!

Tomas is very warm, so professional, and helpful. The hotel location is a step away from the main attractions. That being said, you have to be aware that the noise is a concern. Otherwise, I really had a good stay since everything is walkable and convenient to everything.

The room is spotless. Great shower! Staff are fantastic! The Be Poet Hotel is extremely convenient to everything you want to visit. Terrific breakfast too.

In a way the stay was rather disappointing and under whelming. Having paid for a larger room etc and also requesting a room as displayed having a full length window: I thought I had overcome the review issues off having a small room. To my disappointment my room was at the back of the hotel with virtually no natural daylight. The actual view was of a horrid dirty building about 10 metres away and to cap it all, there were light industrial fans serving the retail shops and restaurant kitchens. I requested a change of room and was placed in the room immediately opposite looking out onto the street. Again in the morning I was awoken by property renovation work . The banging and drilling was intense, for my room was attached to the adjacent building

This hotel was a great find for our stay in Lisbon! It was right on the main walking street and very centrally located for everything we wanted to do. The staff was so incredibly friendly. The room was clean and perfect for what we needed. Thank you to Be Poet Baixa Hotel for a wonderful stay in Lisbon! Highly recommend!

The staff was great and the location was perfect. The breakfast was just okay. Rooms were a bit stuffy as there are no AC or fans. I’d still stay again.

My wife and I stayed from January 9th to the 15th and we had a great stay. The room was clean, we'll maintained and stocked with amenities. The staff at the reception were very nice and welcoming. We had breakfast included and it was enough to get us going for the day. The hotel is on a popular street with lots of restaurants and bakeries. At night it can get noisy but with the windows closed it didn't bother us. The hotel is close to the Metro, a train station and trams with popular attractions within walking distance. In all, a very good hotel. On a side note, the staff surprised me with a birthday cake. I wasn't expecting it, but it shows how nice and attentive they are.
