Our check in was fine. Friendly staff. The only thing I would say is that it was not clear we were booking a dog friendly room or not. The site said dog friendly but was not listed on the room selection. We have a German Shepherd service dog and all was fine but we would have preferred to know we were booking a dog friendly room because he does shed. So the only complaint I have it making that more clear on the booking site. Our boy is the best smartest an obedient service dog! He works very hard at his job so taking him to enjoy himself was most important! After learning his breed the staff said we’d get charged if there were any complaints. That did not feel good. There were many yipping small dogs that deserved a complaint charge! Ours was a perfect gentleman! The room was wonderful. Bed was newer and very comfortable. The bathroom updated. Slider opened up to such an amazing view. The jacuzzi tub was clean and water was hot. Perfect for sore muscles. The back area was fantastic! Fire pits to sit around while watching the sun set. Great access to a beautiful beach. They had snacks in the lobby even though we didn’t try any of them they are very well equipped with great amenities.
We will definitely be back! 🐾❤️🌷
