Frustrating
Trip started off delayed by a day after we got to facility we also discovered the date change we made to extend a day also was not shown at hotel though I had confirmation on phone then discovered pool was closed for repair (I need for therapy).Stayed 1 night out of 3 .
Good breakfast and nice breakfast staff. Pool closed. We had to slam our room door to get it to shut, Garbage on floor in room. We stayed for several days. Came back to the room at 9:30PM one evening and our room door was open. ((Had left at 8 AM.) Spoke with front desk staff who stated it was probably housekeeping who keeps the room doors open as they don’t have a key fob for all the rooms while they are working. What? Why still open at 9:30PM? We had our luggage/jewelry/electronics in the room but nothing seemed to be missing.

Elevator was not working. My husband and I were on the 3rd floor. He is not suppose to be lifting heavy bags, etc, let alone trying to get our bags up and down 3 flights of stairs.
Water flow in sink in our room was very inadequate and slow. The men’s bathroom downstairs was out of order. The pool was being worked on. The water fountain downstairs also out of order. Not a good stay.
Staff was friendly & helpful. Pool wasn't available due to needing repairs. No small freezer in the refrigerator, so we had no way to refreeze our keep cold packs for our cooler.
Check-in was fast and service was excellent. The indoor pool was not in service as they were doing updates to the pool area. In the room I reserved, there was a water leak in the barhroom ceiling supposedly not coming from the room above me but traveling from somewhere else in the building. They immediately came and temporarily took care of the leak. With only one night left, I opted out of moving everything to another room. The location is well lit up and was in a safe area. I opted out of breakfast everyday as I don't normally eat breakfast, but from what I saw I would've skipped anyway. The dark roast coffee was good (that's the important thing).

The property was in a good location. However, we found out the pool had a leak the evening we came. So the pool was closed and no refund or partial refund was given. We have a 2 year old, the pool was one of the main reasons we wanted this hotel. Very disappointing. The bathtub had a hole in the fiberglass and it was covered with a sticker, and the electronic blinds in the room did not work. It was quiet and convenient but a few things need work!
So much assistance was given for my wife who had broken her ribs the night before at another hotel. Help was offered and things brought to the room to help without us even asking. Much appreciated.

This was an okay place to stay for one night. It felt more like a motel. Cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. The staff were super nice.

The staff person at reception was very friendly and helpful.
I didn’t like the parking fee I was charged for without my knowledge. The walls were thin, so we heard noise all evening and night. Wasn’t impressed with the breakfast either. The hot items like eggs and potatoes were cold by 9:30. Price was good but other than that I wouldn’t recommend it.
