Staff were great

We booked a king room, but the room smelt funny when we checked in, we left to our event and came back in the middle of the night and the room smelt even worse like cat pee. The staff were amazing and moved us to a room with 2 double beds. The second room had some stains on the carpet and on the walls but was comfortable. The staff were great about accommodating the change.

Very old hotel. You get what you pay for, but for the rate, we expected a little better. The room smelled like cigarette/pot (coming from the vent). We complained, but they were fully booked and weren't able to transfer us to a new room. We asked if we could plug the vent with TP to deal with it, and they said yes, but that's the best solution.

It was good but there were a lot of hockey teams staying there for a tournament & the boys were playing & being very loud in the hallway. We had to ask them to keep the noise down.

We enjoyed our stay in Lethbridge eventhough the hotel is sub par. Staff are amazing, let us check in early. They are nice and approachable. The hotel is old but the beds are good. The washrooms need to be renovated because the tiles are really old. Water is slow dripping.. no water pressure in the shower but overall, we still have a good time. With the affordable price, can’t complain. Specially having Denny’s restaurant in the hotel. Best breakfast we have. :)

It was a good stay overnight, and better than I expected. The price was the lowest in the city so I thought it might be lacking something, but it was excellent. I will book here again next time I need to stay over in Lethbridge.
