Well furnished, clean and comfortable room with huge TV although could not turn the heating down/open window. A bottle of water would have been a welcome addition. Food and bar area great and they were happy to put my food on a tray to take upstairs too. Car parking is on site and only £2 for the night (£8) for a day. Definitely recommend.
The worst hotel I’ve been to in my life, I walked out the hotel 4 mins after checking into my room!!
Hotel lobby full of durgies and weird rowdy people fighting and screaming..
I would not recommend anyone to go stay here a complete waste of money, I’d rather sleep in a park than the beds in this hotel as they had springs popping out

When I just in hotel desk . Nice fresh in bedroom I look fantastic and new fresh .. I booking again next year 2026 17th November.. I love place
Great hotel and good location for the airport. Easy check in and organising of airport shuttles. The room was spotless. Had food on the Friday evening and was really tasty and affordable.

Room very tired but bed was comfortable. Carpets beyond stained and dirty. General areas fine. Restaurant awful. Purchased buffet package of international cuisine. Night one no buffet available at all and instead a limited option menu. But, all under 16s get served an under 12 kids menu…not substantial for a growing young man! Questioned this and was told could upgrade to the adult selected menu for £6 extra. After a pointless discussion gave in and agreed to pay £6 extra, after repeatedly reconfirming it would just be £6 extra on what we purchased. Had two out of the three courses on offer as my son has a severe nut allergy and the hotels allergy menu didn’t include desserts! Food was awful!!! Then was charged £17.95 for the upgrade! The manager was rude, shouted at us (he was the one who had said to upgrade for £6) and said it wasn’t his problem and hotels.com could deal with it as they sold us the buffet package! Day two, buffet was running. Choices were not international. In fact there wasn’t choices! The limited option (one option!) was completely inedible! We left and purchased food at a restaurant down the road. Both evenings there were complaints heard in the restaurant from other tables. The manager told us he has the same argument with most people who buy their buffet option. Avoid at all costs! Hotels.com can someone contact me regarding our stay as finding a number/complaints email is impossible?

The room was very clean fresh crisp linen. Poor wifi
My stay was okay overall, but there were several issues that took away from the experience. The room was uncomfortably cold and there was no way to adjust the temperature, which made it difficult to relax. I also booked the room on the same day, only to see it offered at half the price shortly after on the same platform which was frustrating and felt unfair.
In addition, there was an incident at reception where another guest approached me asking for help because his credit/debit cards had supposedly been taken away. The situation wasn’t handled well by staff, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and unsure why I was put in the middle of it.
Overall, not a terrible stay, but definitely not as smooth or comfortable as it should have been.
