During my recent stay, I was disappointed to find that our accommodation did not include two beds as requested. This created discomfort and inconvenience throughout the duration of the stay, as we specifically chose this booking based on the assumption that two beds would be provided. Unfortunately, the lack of proper accommodation negatively impacted our overall experience and satisfaction. I hope future guests can receive more accurate arrangements that align with their reservations.

Worst place to stay, scandalous

I got my wallet stolen by someone on the casino floor the hotel front desk lady was very rude and treated me like an undesirable person. And the place was dirty inside and outside.

Nothing lucky about the Silver Sevens

Rude staff at check-in, when I went to the front desk and presented my ID they asked me if I was there for reservation. No refrigerator in the room had to ask for one which was carried up to my room. Later after a hard day at work when we're soaking in the hot tub we were promptly thrown out by an overzealous security guard who said if we didn't leave he would have us thrown out of the hotel.

Our shower didn't drain properly. There was hair in the tub and a huge ball of hair in the toilet. They did let us change rooms, but their service was very slow overall.

Stay was pretty good better than I had expected. It was relatively clean in the casino but the rooms were cleaned. Beds were pretty comfortable too.

There is a $150 deposit at check-in which is not listed in the pre-booking information or in my reservation information available pre check-in. I was not prepared for that amount to be tied up for multiple businesse days. This actually ended up costing me money and causing frustration (and hunger). Please insist that all properties disclose all costs up front.
