Clean room for a great price. The Iron Rail diner was fantastic! So was the Bullet Train restaurant. Definitely recommend eating at either one.

The place all smell like tobacco. Even the room we stayed on. One of the beds had a hold on it we couldn’t sleep there. We ate dinner and the food was cold. The pictures for the rooms on the web are not the same. The price was not worth to pay. Bad experience.

- bathroom lacks safety bar in shower. - Walls are paper thin. You could clearly hear the tv and personal conversations from the adjoining room. - room heater is 1980's tech. - no thermostats - just analog dials, and heater is really noisy. - Casino is smokey. (Smoke doesn't know to stay in non-smoking areas). Needs better ventilation - coffee shop service is REALLY SLOW. Not enough kitchen help. Price is cheap enough for a pass-through, but i wouldn' suggest vacationing there.

To start, the toilet was clogged when we arrived which never got resolved. Then we went downstairs for dinner found a half empty restaurant with no staff at the counter. When she finally greeted us she said, “just come back in 10 min to be safe.” We decided to walk over to the cashier to activate our complimentary player card while we waited, again an empty counter with no staff. While we waited off the Casio floor, in the designated area, a woman started yelling at us from across the Casino, “you can’t have kids on the casino floor!” As we attempted to explain the situation, she continually cut us off, shaking her head and just saying we couldn’t be here. Eventually she saw the card and listened to what we said, snatched the card and offered to sign us up. At that point we had been so betrayed by her for not doing anything wrong, we opted not to gamble in the Casino or eat in the restaurant and left. All that aside, the woman at the front desk for the hotel was kind and the only one in establishment that treated us like a paying customer. We did find all the staff and the food next door at the bullet train friendly, proof and professional. The toilets were clean and worked too. Zero star rating for the hotel and casino, will not return.

The night staff could be better, like maybe act like they are awake for their shift. The elevator is a joke, can only hold 4 people at a time. It runs slower than molasses in winter. Only real redeeming point was how comfortable the bed was.
