This beautifully decorated vacation home rental features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a game room with pool table, arcade games and a family room with big screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of room for dining in the formal dining room and the breakfast area. There are 2 master suites both with walkin closets.

World Series of Poker WSOP participants should note that this home is equipped with a full size poker table. This home is about 10 minutes from the Rio Casino and has very easy access to the freeway. This Las Vegas Vacation Home Rental is perfect for World Series of Poker WSOP participants!

The well equipped kitchen can handle a dinner party in the formal dining room or a late night snack in the nook. A pool table is provided for additional indoor fun. High speed internet access and wireless router for access from anywhere within the property
Five nicely decorated bedrooms await your stay. Two master bedrooms with king-sized beds, two bedrooms with king beds, and one other bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The family room has two fold out couches. The casita also has a fold out couch. Four bathrooms, a large laundry room with two washers and four dryers for fast laundry, compliments the interior.

Outside, the fun and relaxation continue with a large in-ground pool and spa, a covered patio with furniture and a barbecue grill. This yard is very private with no view in from any other home. There is also a large barbque area pool side for poker or playing cards.

The house was very nice, lots of room to spread out. Multiple couples could stay here and not feel cramped. Put grandparents in one master, ourselves in another. My young adult daughter got the casita and loved the independence while my other daughter got her own bedroom and bath. We had a bedroom left over when a second set of grandparents had to cancel but they would have been fine as well. Back patio/pool area was shaded and spacious, I spent most mornings there reading and drinking coffee. Very quiet, the occasional planes flying overhead sounded more like distant thunder. Convenient to the airport and UNLV campus. Kitchen was well stocked and we used it multiple times. We had a fun night around the pool table and another watching TV. Didn't really use the pool or spa but, it was well maintained and we just ran out of time.

Fantastic property in surprisingly quiet neighborhood close to the airport and strip. Owners were super responsive and property was even nicer than pictures portrayed. Landscaping in backyard provided a nice escape from ‘crazy’ Vegas (hearing birds chirping while reading a book by the pool was a bonus). Highly recommend. Thx!

Wonderful home! Easy to get to and close to all the locations we wanted to visit. We chose not to heat the pool because we weren’t going to be at the house the whole time but the hot tub was excellent. To be able to wash our clothes while there made life so much easier. They were quick to respond and answered all questions as needed. I felt really safe knowing there was a security system and a sprinkler system. The area is quiet and enjoyable. I definitely recommend this location and if I come back to Vegas this will be my go to place!

Quiet Getaway Near the Strip

This property was perfect for our family visit to Vegas. Very quiet neighborhood but only 15 minutes to the strip and even less to the airport. Questions were promptly answered and the kids enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. Would recommend to any family or group.

2nd stay at property. Absolutely love this home. Warm, welcoming, and inviting. Home owners quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The only recommendation I would give is to have a fan of some sort installed under the lanai. It gets super hot under there. It certainly is not a dealbreaker.
