Great price but you get what you pay for

While not bad for an inexpensive no-frills place to stay, Ellis Island isn't a great experience. The window air conditioner is very loud, the vending machines malfunction, and many small details are inconvenient. The restaurant was also very affordable and unimpressive. The restaurant's coffee was amazing though!

Only thing I was concerned about is they didn’t have a microwave, but I found out most of the hotels resorts in Vegas. Don’t have microwaves or refrigerators, but the place was nice. I would definitely stay again.

Resort Fee? I have never ever written a poor review. Ellis is normally our go to. Stayed many times before. This time we were located in a room that looked to F1. First the AC sounded like it was a rocket and when it went, it felt like an earthquake shaking the room. We asked to move rooms they said no they would send maintenance. They put a bandaid on it so the earthquakes stopped by so loud still! Next bring on the ants in the sink/bathroom area. For a “deluxe king room” ? Ellis was always our go to. Idk what happened here! We used to love it here. Hefty tag with little service this time. Every other stay amazing. We took pictures and video. Just not the same awesome off strip place this stay.

Great hotel

We like Ellis Island, the free parking is amazing. You also get 2 free coffees and 2 free beers. Second time staying here and would definitely stay here again.
