Loved this place

This was a great place if you dont like the crowds of the big hotels with the people in thier casinos. Less than a 10 minute walk to the middle of the strip. Great for families. This is going to be my go to place from now on.

Good time, last minute. The only grievance is tell individuals to get their coupons first such as the $5 for $5 off dinner otherwise it doesn't count.

Rude staff and didn't get the room we booked

This was not at all a pleasant stay. I booked a King bed and even emailed them to tell them I'd be late and to please not give my room away. They gave us a room with 2 beds. The room was nothing special. It was incredibly dusty and didn't feel clean. The shower had something that was messing with the hot water and water pressure. When the shower was on, you could hear something in the pipes and the hot water would get INCREDIBLY HOT and the water pressure would drop drastically. Whatever was 'cycling' would stop. The noise would stop and the pressure would return. When we checked in and checked out, the staff was nice - it really wasn't their fault that the 'hotel systems' mess up bookings like that. We ordered a pizza to be delivered and someone from the front called us to tell us the delivery guy was there and they were incredibly rude! We stayed in Vegas 2 nights at the beginning of our trip and 1 more night at the end of our trip. We did NOT return here for our stay at the end of the trip because the rude employee really left a bad impression. Will not return here and certainly won't recommend it to anyone.

I booked this place mostly because of the free parking comes with it, and it is pretty close to the sphere. The room overall is super clean. If you are just passing by Vegas not looking for gambling, this is a perfect and affordable place to stay.

When we arrived it was clear that the hotel was under a massive renovation If we had been aware of that we would clearly have stayed elsewhere. Rooms were relatively clean but we had to ask for towels, coffee and room attention as it was not provided daily. The restaurant was a complete disaster. We waited a long while for a table. Food was cold and undercooked and one of our group did not even receive her meal The hot tub was surrounded by caution tape so we were unable to use it Never staying there again

Mi hijo de 6 años se vomitó durmiendo y avisamos nos cambiaron las sábanas pero las sucias las dejaron en nuestro cuarto dos noches hasta que por fin fueron a hacer aseo y me cobraron 94 dólares por la sábanas, luego de esto me querían hacer un débito nuevamente del depósito por el tema de las sábanas, la verdad fue lo peor este hotel, adicional es viejo y huele mal no lo recomiendo.

When we asked if we could check in early, we were told that it was possible but they didn't have any rooms later. I tried a couple times when I was going past and got the same answer. The last time was 15 minutes before check in. Then magically at check in time, all rooms were ready and there was a long line of people checking in. I would have preferred the just told me they didn't want to check anyone in early instead of me having to check numerous times.
