Location is great, it's no easy to arrive with cars

There was a big problem with A/C during my stay

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and it's no wonder it's considered one of the best on the island. The attention to detail was stunning, from the spacious rooms with comfy beds and balconies overlooking the pool, gardens, or Mount Teide, to their amazing jellyfish tank and collection of colourful parrots. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and while dinner offered a delicious a la carte menu with generous portions, vegans/vegetarians might find the options a bit limited after a few days. Their spa facilities were wonderful and thanks to their babysitting service we were able to enjoy a couple of hours in the spa. The staff was very helpful and willing to assist with any requests to ensure we had a relaxing stay.

Very nice room. Staff was helpful. Nice atmosphere in lobby. Parking was underground with convenient access to hotel although fairly expensive at 20 Euros per day.

This is a wonderful five star hotel at a reasonable price, surrounded by a calm atmosphere and a beautiful park. The staff are super attentive accommodating..
