Lansing Hotels with Parking

This is a nice hotel with an exceptional staff but if I’m dropping $250+ for a hotel room I’d like some Charmin and not that sand paper they call toilet paper. And another thing, why no microwave in the room? Is that a nice hotel thing. I had bomb ass BBQ leftovers I had to eat cold. One more thing, if I’m your guest why are you charging me for parking? Doesn’t seem very hospitable.

This was a staycation as I wanted a getaway in kc. Margaritaville made me feel like I left town and gave me much needed downtime. The front desk staff Michelle and Amy were amazing and went above and beyond to help me learn about all the offerings at the hotel. Masterson, the recreation manager helped me with upcoming events and how to maximize enjoyment at the pool with activities available. The hotel is located right next to Atlas 9 an immersive experience, a go kart facility, the legends, bass pro, Nebraska furniture mart, restaurants, and soon to be the new chiefs stadium. I will be back multiple times!

They don’t clean rooms unless you check out. No matter if you even ask them to. They refused to do that. Amazing!!! The restaurant in casino were closed. There is a new restaurant remodeled just outside of casino. It was good.

At check in the gentleman with longer hair barely even looked up at us. Once in our room we discovered yellow crusty stuff on our bed. We let the front desk know and said that we would be out for a while and would like it to be addressed before we got back. Over 4 hours later when we returned it was still there. We went back to the front desk and spoke with the same gentleman with a beard and glasses that we had brought the problem to earlier. He told us housekeeping was gone for the day now and he would try to get the porter up to address it. We gave them one hour and no one ever came. We couldn't even use our expensive room because the same stuff was also on the bench. Went back down again, this time more frustrated and they tried to move us to a queen room on a lower floor. When we were coming from a king room in the corner. We checked that room and it was in poor shape so they put us in another queen room on the 11th floor. This room was clean with a little more space. The shower the next morning was like a warm trickle, i could barely wash my hair. We tried to stop in the Italian restaurant for a drink later that evening and it seemed as if the bartender didn't want us there. Then without notice of last call or any communication she through our bill in front of us and our friends who were there with us. The service at breakfast was a little better but didn't have the first two things I tried to order from the menu. Overall poor experience. Stay at the much nicer hotels
